REMAX AFTER-SALES SERVICE
All 
REMAX products are covered under warranty for maintenance of the machine parts, materials and functions.
Problems and failures verified upon further identification will be offered free repair.
 

This warranty does not apply:
 
(a) to a product that is out of warranty;  
(b) to damage caused by operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by REAMX;
(c) to a product that has been disassembled, repaired or modified without the authorization of REMAX;
(d) if warranty card and proof of purchase cannot be presented;
(e) to damage caused by earthquake, fire or other external causes, natural disasters, etc.
 
Note: The warranty does not include product transport costs or provide on-site maintenance services.

USB Product Warranty Regulations

1.Please keep the warranty card carefully as proof of repair;
2.The warranty period is 12 months from the date of purchase;
3.During the warranty period, if the device experiences problems or malfunctions in its components, materials, or functions under normal use and maintenance, and after verification, the company will provide free repair or replacement. 
The following situations are not eligible for free repair, and the company is not obligated to provide free warranty services for devices that fall into the following categories of faults or damages during the limited warranty period:
(1) Product has exceeded the warranty period;
(2) Product malfunctions or damages caused by incorrect installation, storage and usage not following the instruction manual;
(3) Product malfunctions or damages caused by disassembly by agencies or personnel not authorized by the company;
(4) Product malfunctions or damages caused by accidental factors or human factors (including operational errors, scratches, transportation, collisions, inappropriate voltage and current inputs, etc.);
(5) Product malfunctions or damages caused by force majeure, such as natural disasters (e.g., earthquakes, fires);
(6) The final interpretation of this manual belongs to Shenzhen REMAX Co., Ltd.
